What if an order is out of stock on the website?
We will be re-stocking that order shortly. If you want to know more of a timeline on that item, please reach out to online@nwpump.com.
What if I get a defective item?
First you will need to fill out the return form online and work with our online sales team to get a refund. All returns have to be approved by the online sales team before a refund can we administered.
What if I purchase the wrong item?
If the wrong item is purchased, the online sales team will first need to approve the return. If approved, you will need to pay shipping costs to get the item back to us. Once we receive the item, you will be notified of your refund.
How do I track my purchase?
You will receive an online tracking link in your confirmation email that will be sent you after your purchase to the email address you provide.
What if I am interested in another product that NWP sells to their customers that is not listed online?
You can reach out to online@nwpump.com and they will direct you to one of our internal sales members to assist you.
What are the benefits of becoming an eSales customers? What is an eSales customer?
An eSales customer is a Northwest Pump customer that has their own account with us and can shop on the company portal that gives customers access to our full product line up. eSales customers receive special benefits from us for spending a certain amount of money and making a certain amount of purchases.
